About us
Zion Unity Connect is an Affinity membership scheme for the traditional Zion churches in South Africa (SA). We understand the vital role Zion churches play in their provinces, within their communities, and the society at large. We furthermore acknowledge that churches must operate within the realm of the law governing the management of social organizations and churches in the country. We pride ourselves as a catalyst in creating a framework upon which traditional churches and their leadership can receive the utmost support from the Government and financial institution in the provinces where they operate.
We have developed the Zion Unity Connect to support and empower the Zion churches as well as their members. Our membership scheme is meant for the Zion churches and their members. Together with our commercial bank partners, we have designed products and services to enable the Zion church leaders (Bishops), and members of the church have access to bank accounts for all church contributions.
Furthermore, through our partnership with Life Insurance underwriters, the members of the church will qualify for a Funeral Cover underwritten by reputable insurance companies. In the short-to-medium period, the aim is to enable Zion churches access to financial products towards erecting their own church buildings and acquiring capital assets needed for the running of the church.
Our mission
Our mission is to foster unity and collaboration among Zion churches, by providing them with the resources and tools needed to thrive spiritually, socially, and economically. We aim to achieve this through a collective membership model that leverages the strength of our combined affinity network.
